We are seeking an

Office Manager

for a

temp-to-hire

position with our client located in

Old Town, ME . The Office Manager will oversee daily financial and administrative functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and customer communications. Success in this role means keeping operations organized, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and providing reliable support to both staff and customers. As an Office Manager, you will:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain organized financial records.

Support payroll processing and verify data accuracy.

Manage customer communications and provide professional, timely service.

Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks.

Assist with general office support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this role will have:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior bookkeeping or office management experience with QuickBooks.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability in handling financial data.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Benefits:
