In addition, members of our staff have specialized certifications and have compiled years of specialized treatment techniques and experience.Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Director, your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Auburndale. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed. Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsReview the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment requiredProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companiesQualificationsGraduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
