The hotel boasts 201 luxury guestrooms, a well-equipped fitness center, acclaimed restaurant, and over 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event spaces. **Role Overview** Front Office Supervisors support the Front Desk and Housekeeping Departments. They lead agents responsible for guest registration and communication of hotel services. This role involves casual guest interactions and directly impacts guest experience. Supervisors also assist with Housekeeping oversight, house status, and may handle tasks like training, scheduling, payroll, and guest inquiries. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills are essential, along with developing basic management responsibilities. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods. Experience and thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
