Job Description:

Event Management: - Strategize, plan, and execute impactful digital and in-person events - Incorporate innovative ways to involve and interact with audiences - Manage logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, venue preparation, and marketing materials - Plan and manage communication to all attendees to ensure awareness and increase interactions with customers - Gather feedback with post-event survey and conduct debriefs of all events

VIC Marketing: - Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Vehicle Innovations Center (VIC) - Write comprehensive and engaging scripts for virtual product and service launches - Design and implement the email marketing strategy and messaging for the VIC quarterly e-newsletter - Create and maintain Vehicle Innovations Center marketing collateral - Ensure brand standards are updated across all Vehicle Innovations Center touchpoints

Requirements: - Post-secondary degree in Marketing or a related discipline - Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and executing events - Working knowledge of the hospitality industry would be considered an asset - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent self-manager with proactive planning and organizational skills
