Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Utilizing your strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements, youll assist in defining, reviewing, and analyzing system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability by providing input to project/program plans and deliverables. Additionally, the Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will design, develop and manage activities for a group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. A Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management, or Engineering, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree Ohio Class Fire Control System (FCS) knowledge Knowledge of training and curricula development Knowledge of Navy training programs and software Knowledge of military/commercial requirements/specifications What sets you apart:

Prior Navy Ballistic Missile Submarine experience Exceptional Ohio Class Fire Control System (FCS) knowledge Proficient knowledge of SSBN Fire Control System (FCS) requirements/specifications applicable to training Working knowledge of curricula development Experience at TTF (Bangor or Kings Bay) Experience with MT Continuum and VIPr Proven conflict management skills Ability to coordinate with other disciplines for program/project resolutions/enhancements Developing professional expertise, applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues Workplace Options:

This position can be fully on-site or flex (ideally able to be on site 3 days/week) but you must be based out of Pittsfield, MA area. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield MA facility. #LI-Hybrid Salary Note
