Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, a deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position offering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Compensation Package
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year Comprehensive Benefits Package
Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication. Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing. Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures. Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy. Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries. Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance. Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment. A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
