Industrial Security Specialist II (Top Secret)

**General Description:** This position reports to the Security Manager and will perform a variety of duties in implementing and maintaining a comprehensive industrial security program. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and development. **Essential Duties:** Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures, produce badges, process and file security information, escort personnel, support classified shipping, and conduct security briefings. Candidates will be trained and mentored to perform all related duties proficiently. **Required Skills:** - Self-starter requiring minimal supervision. - Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to achieve objectives. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - At least two years of experience in an industrial security role. - Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or industrial security. - Administrative experience is beneficial. - Experience with physical security systems (IDS, access control, cameras). - Experience with NISS, DISS, and SIMS databases. - Completion of DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities. - Knowledge of NISPOM and ICDs. **Required Education:** Associates degree with 2 years of experience or 3 years of related work experience. **Special Requirements:** US Citizenship is mandatory. Current Top Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred. **Compensation:** Base salary ranges from $90,640 to $113,353 plus bonus and benefits.
