Join Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region as a ReStore Manager and lead with purpose. You'll manage daily operations, grow your team, and directly support affordable housing through the success of our ReStore. This is more than retail it's mission-driven work that transforms lives and builds stronger communities. What You'll Do Lead and manage all aspects of ReStore operations Drive store performance by monitoring sales, managing inventory, and controlling expenses Hire, train, and coach staff to create a high-performing team Ensure safety and compliance across all store activities Collaborate with departments across Habitat (HR, IT, Volunteer Services, Accounting, etc.) Represent Habitat with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community What We're Looking For 5+ years of management experience in retail or related fields Proven leadership and team-building skills Experience with budgets, reporting, and inventory control Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort working with POS systems and Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of basic HR functions (hiring, onboarding, performance management) Passion for Habitat's mission and values Indoor and outdoor work (warehouse/dock environment, not always climate-controlled) Must be able to:

Stand for long periods Lift 50 lbs. unassisted (70 lbs. with help) Operate or become certified to operate a forklift Work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed

Requirements Valid driver's license and insurable under Habitat policy Occasional use of personal, reliable vehicle for business purposes Commitment to regular, reliable attendance and schedule adherence Ability to follow all Habitat policies and professional conduct standards Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace.
