We're solving real problems for the people who design the world around us while building the software stack of the future for architects and engineersWhat You'll Own: Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (Cold Calling, Email, Social Selling).Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetingsLog, track, and provide disposition for each qualified leadOwn your success-meet or exceed lead targets and other key metrics.Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platformsCollaborate effectively with the Sales Team to drive pipeline growthDemonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects overWho You Are: Bachelor's degree preferred, and relevant inbound/outbound sales experienceResilient, driven, and results-orientedStrong ability to connect with, influence, and convert prospectsHighly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in written/verbal communication with strong de-escalation and problem-solving skillsEmpathetic with a customer-focused approachSelf-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a timeQuick thinking, fast learning, and solution-oriented, with an ability to think outside the box and see things through to resolutionCoachable, with a growth mindset and a drive to continuously improveA customer value, ROI, and business outcome-driven mindsetPrior experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)At Pirros, we believe that the convergence of fresh perspectives and experiences from all walks of life is what makes our product and culture so great.
