We are seeking a
IT Support Specialist
to join our IT team at
SWE Homes, LP . The successful candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and meeting room equipment, with a focus on resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets. Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote desktop support for PCs, mobile devices, printers, and LAN equipment; perform hardware maintenance, software support and installs, moves, adds, and changes (PCs). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, drive mappings, permissions, and other end-user computing items. Perform hardware and software maintenance and support for company devices. Maintain device configurations for optimization and reliability. Provide onsite desktop services at Company-designated locations, supporting desktop software and devices. Deliver desktop services in a manner that minimizes interruptions to daily operations. Perform proactive maintenance of desktops, software, and devices to minimize downtime. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops. Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner and provide technical support. Set up new user accounts and profiles and assist with password issues. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues. Perform regular system updates and upgrades. Document all technical procedures and user guides. Seniority level
