Job Description Summary

Provide general admin/office support.

Responsibilities

Administrative support to the Health Sciences Contracts Administrator •Assist with maintaining filing systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping •Support data entry and upkeep of clinical databases and centralized department records •Help maintain organized and accessible departmental documentation •Collaborate with staff to support efficient office operations •Assist with special projects or administrative tasks as assigned Administrative support to the Crean College Dean's Office •Assist with clerical tasks and technical functions as assigned •Support event coordination and meeting preparations Other duties or projects as assigned

Required Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Ability to work in the Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently Functional use of MS Office suite, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Co-Pilot or other generative AI applications
