We are seeking a
Senior Environmental Engineer
to join our Orange County office. This is a key leadership role focused on managing complex environmental projects and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bring
8+ years of experience in site assessment and remediation (Phases I, II, and III) , with hands-on expertise in a wide range of remedial technologies. Experience on
oil and gas, VOC, and industrial sites
is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will also have at least
2 years of cradle-to-grave project management experience , and a passion for mentoring staff, leading proposals, and expanding client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Manage environmental investigation and remediation projects from initial assessment through final closure Design and implement a variety of remedial technologies, including
LNAPL and DNAPL recovery Excavation and in-situ treatment Groundwater extraction and treatment systems
Lead project teams and provide technical oversight to ensure quality and regulatory compliance Mentor and develop junior engineers and scientists Collaborate on the civil design of remediation systems and site infrastructure Prepare technical documents, proposals, work plans, and cost estimates Drive business development efforts , including identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and leading
strategic proposal pursuit efforts Act as a client-facing project lead, fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to the firm's growth strategy Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline 8+ years
of relevant experience in environmental consulting, with a broad range of remediation experience 2+ years
of full lifecycle project management experience California Civil PE license
(or ability to obtain within
6 months ) Deep understanding of California regulatory frameworks (DTSC, RWQCB, RCRA, CERCLA, etc.) Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills Preferred Skills
Experience preparing proposals and leading business development efforts Background in civil design or CAD tools is a plus OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification Why Join Us?
