This role requires strong technical skills in WordPress development, customization, and performance optimization along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both IT and business teams. Responsibilities: Customize WordPress themes and templates to align with design and functionality requirements Develop and modify WordPress plugins to support new features and integrations Work with MySQL databases to manage content and performance Navigate and manage the WordPress Admin Console with advanced proficiency Perform cross-browser and device-size compatibility testing Optimize the website for speed, performance, and scalability Ensure mobile responsiveness and seamless UX across browsers Apply SEO best practices during development and maintenance Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in WordPress development Advanced proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery Hands-on experience with plugin development and MySQL Proven success in responsive design and scalable architecture Strong grasp of SEO techniques and performance optimization Excellent communication and analytical skills Comfortable working closely with both business and technical stakeholders
