This litigation attorney role provides the chance to build expertise in cybersecurity and data privacy law. You will manage breach response and regulatory matters, lead class action defense, and help shape strategic litigation approaches while working closely with a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage breach response and regulatory investigations (FTC, OCR, AGs, etc.) Handle high-impact data privacy and cybersecurity litigation, including class actions Develop and maintain client relationships within this specialized practice Collaborate across firm teams to integrate cybersecurity and privacy services Contribute to business development and growth of the practice Requirements
Admission to the North Carolina Bar (or eligibility to waive in) 48 years of litigation experience focused on cybersecurity and data privacy Experience managing incident response and regulatory investigations Strong knowledge of privacy laws and frameworks (CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) Exceptional legal writing, advocacy, case management, and client communication skills Hybrid work model offering flexibility Career advancement and visibility within a respected firm Strong team support and resources to fuel professional growth Compensation & Location
Compensation:
$170K$200K+ bonus and benefits (Depending on Experience) Base pay range
