Overview

Tecolote Research, Inc is searching for a Mid-Level to Senior Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, to include analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) and/or IPMDAR (Integrated Program Data Analysis Report) from industry contractors, Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) support, and Earned Value Management training.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors Work on-site as needed with Navy and USSF customers and stakeholders in support of the management of various DOD programs Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-making Provide input to government cost estimates based on EVM performance and predictive analysis Plan, Participate, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer Instruct/mentor government program office personnel on EVM policies, processes, and procedures Salary range: $85,000-$120,000/year depending on experience and qualifications Skills Required

Applicants must possess 3 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense Applicants must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices Applicants should have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific training Applicants should have experience reviewing and analyzing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) data Applicants should have a conceptual understanding of cost estimating principles Applicants should have familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating Prior work with DoD customers highly desirable Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, due to the national security nature of the position Applicants must possess or have the ability to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Earned Value Professional (EVP) Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a secret or TS/SCI security clearance, and be willing and able to work in secure facilities (e.g. a SCIF or SAPF) if necessary

Education

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
