Position Overview

The position owns daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues and margins, ensuring organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client-specific solutions. The incumbent is seasoned and experienced in handling complex customer issues with minimal supervision, leveraging TD executives for support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Proactively manage accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability. Identify opportunities to sell TD's full portfolio of products and services. Develop strategic business plans and present them effectively to TD management. Provide team direction on KPI performance, company directives, and vendor initiatives. Support departments' management teams as a change agent and subject matter expert. Manage advanced inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build customer relationships. Assist associates and reps in resolving complex customer problems or issues. Help resellers get the best pricing/deals through alliances with internal TD departments; inform business partners of vendor promotions and floor days; form relationships; and provide proactive business solutions. Demonstrate high interpersonal and collaborative skills. Identify, develop, and implement business opportunities through customer-facing activities. Maintain detailed account knowledge. Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interactions with business partners, customers, and supporting departments. Perform additional duties as assigned. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on task completion. Capability to analyze and resolve complex issues promptly. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
