Overview: Desktop Support Technician Site Lead We are seeking an IT Level III Desktop Technician Site Lead to support our LNEC customer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the site and completing ServiceNow tickets, providing on-site troubleshooting, and supporting various hardware and software systems. Key Responsibilities of the: Desktop Support Technician Site Lead As Site lead, serve as the companys on-site representative to the customer. Must manage and assign ServiceNow tickets to the Team in addition to assigning and completing their own tickets Compile the weekly report and send it to the PM for review prior to submitting it to the COR Complete and send to the PM the monthly report NLT 3rd day of the month Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals Perform critical hardware/software updates to meet security requirements Provide daily operational support for client hardware and software installations Perform integration, analysis and daily operational support for client hardware and software installations Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop video teleconferencing (VTC) hardware and software Support users with Windows operating systems, email systems, and multi-profile workstations Set up new equipment, load operating systems, and install application software Analyze and resolve automation, communication, hardware, and software issues Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets within the required timeframes Ensure all information, including serial numbers and user details, is documented properly Provide follow-up support to ensure issues are resolved to user satisfaction Qualifications required of the: Desktop Support Technician Site Lead MUST HAVE an active SECRET CLEARANCE MUST HAVE an active CompTIA Security and/or A certification U.S. Citizenship required Bachelors degree in a related IT field Experience with ticket system like Remedy or ServiceNow is preferred Experience in DoD environments preferred.
