Minimum of 1 years of experience in event planning or hospitality industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of sales and marketing principles Professional appearance and confidence Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM system preferred Benefits
