The mission of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Installations and Logistics (OPNAV N4) is to provide resilient logistics and shore installation operational solutions to enable, accelerate, and sustain Naval warfighting capabilities worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Facility Sustainment and MILCON Support Analyst to enhance facility sustainment and Military Construction (MILCON) processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations that bolster fleet and shore sustainment.The Facility Sustainment and MILCON Support Analyst will provide programmatic, strategic, technical, and analytical support for facility sustainment and MILCON projects within naval operations. The role involves programmatic, technical, and integration support for fleet and shore facility sustainment, focusing on infrastructure modernization and strategic planning.Requirements and Experience:Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Requirements: Must have a SECRET clearanceLocation: Local to DC area. Required on site 4-5 days a week at Pentagon in Arlington, VAAnalyze facility sustainment and MILCON processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support facility transformation and integration efforts.Assist with the implementation of new technologies and improvement training programs for facility sustainment and MILCON systems.Support analysis, research, and data calls related to facility modernization and sustainment strategies.Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, integration plans, and training materials.Provide technical support for Navy facility sustainment systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation.Contribute to business case analysis (BCA) and financial/budget analysis related to facility sustainment and MILCON projects.Provide administrative and technical support for executive forums, modernization boards, and cross-program analysis.YoE: 8 years of combined professional work experience in facility sustainment and MILCON analysis or related roles.Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, Business or related field. General Experience: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with facility operations, MILCON project management, data analytics and Programmatic support within DoD.Specific Experience: Familiarity with Navy facility operations, IT training, policy management, and infrastructure management.
