Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to staff and assist with special projects and routine functions.
Create, modify, and distribute documents, reports, and spreadsheets using various office equipment such as typewriters, personal computers, printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, document shredders, and labeling systems.
Manage multiple incoming telephone lines professionally, handling communications with citizens and employees effectively.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues involving Parish of Caddo personnel.
