Bridge Design Engineer
We are seeking a Bridge Design Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering firm in the Minneapolis, MN metro area. This is a full-time, on-site role with the opportunity for either direct hire or a 6-month temp-to-perm transition. Key Responsibilities: Design cast-in-place and precast bridges from concept to fabrication. Work with AutoCAD, MathCAD, RISA 3D, and AASHTOWare BrR to develop bridge designs. Perform bridge condition and safety inspections as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements: BS in Civil Engineering with 2-8 years of bridge design experience. EIT or PE certification required. Proficiency in reinforced/prestressed concrete, steel, timber, and prefabricated steel trusses.
