The Business Execution Office SVP role will provide comprehensive support across the Chief of Staff functions for the CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation Head. The organization covers a diverse group of Finance functions, including the delivery of the Finance Consent Order transformation work and this role requires excellent communication and relationship building skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record in the areas of communications strategy and execution, business management, and executive scorecard reporting. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategy to support the organization's vision and priorities. Craft compelling and impactful presentations, speeches, talking points, and other communication materials for internal and external audiences, including townhalls and offsite events. Develop and maintain communication channels, including intranet content and newsletters. Collaborate with teams across the organization and HR to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with overall business objectives and that addresses key VOE results. Gather and analyze data on employee engagement, performance, and retention to inform people strategy decisions. Contribute to the design and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, development, and employee recognition. Develop and maintain a view of the executive scorecard, ensuring this effectively measures and communicates organizational performance against strategic objectives. Collaborate with other departments to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to validate scorecard inputs. Identify trends and insights from scorecard data and provide recommendations for improvement. Present scorecard results to executive leadership, providing clear and concise explanations of performance. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably aligned to senior leaders or C-level executives. Demonstrated expertise in communications strategy development and execution. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Experience in developing and managing executive scorecards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills, with design skills a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Education

Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
