Responsibilities

•Meet with serious buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and guide them to the closing table. •Follow up consistently using proven systems to grow your pipeline. •Deliver 5-star service that turns clients into raving fans and referral machines. •Host high-energy open houses (we even give you the leads!). •Stay organized and ready to roll using our tech and CRM tools. •Plug into our Academy Sales Training and weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agents only. • Full-time availability

- this is NOT a side hustle. •Tech-savvy, coachable, and hungry for growth. •Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. •Bonus points for a background in sales or real estate success.
