At Trupanion, we offer a collaborative, casual, and pet-friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves.Job DescriptionAs our Digital Marketing Manager, Channels you will lead the conversion strategy for prospects coming from our veterinary, breeder and shelter distribution, growing conversion and enrollments across these key channels.As an experienced marketer you will have proven experience in leading successful multichannel B2C direct marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels and creating end-to-end conversion experiences that meet customer and company goals.You will be a dynamic, data-driven and meticulous marketer with a 'can-do' attitude who enjoys being proactive and wants to contribute to a high performing team of passionate marketers.This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.Key Responsibilities Include:Own and optimize the end-to-end conversion experience for prospect leads from veterinary, breeder and shelter channels Define and test multichannel contact strategies (email, SMS, direct mail, phone) to grow response and enrollment rates from prospect audiencesCreate compelling conversion communications informed by user insight and test in partnership with the Digital Communications teamCreate manual campaigns targeting lead database segments to test messaging and promotional tactics that further lift response Partner with market teams to understand lead initiation and partner roadmaps, working collaboratively to build conversion success Own channel performance with a focus on driving activations and enrollments, communicating issues within journeys on a regular basis and estimating impact and assisting with prioritization and resolutionWork closely with the UX and creative teams to optimize on and offline conversion experience for channel prospectsUnderstand the phone experience and leverage insights to influence conversionDevelop manage and communicate comprehensive communications testing pans and associated resultsBuild an insight framework to ensure continuous user insight lies at the heart of conversion strategyContinued learning and evaluation of the customer experience and development of new and innovating messaging working closely with our internal compliance teamManage and develop the Email Marketing SpecialistExperience: 5+ years of relevant consumer marketing experienceCommercially focused with track record of leading B2C conversion programsDirect marketing campaign experience across digital and offline channelsCustomer journey developmentWorking knowledge of analytics and insight platforms (Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)Knowledge of Adobe Marketo is highly desiredQuebec French fluency is a plusYou'll be successful if you can:Think creatively to create outstanding customer experiencesUse data to make informed decisions and drive actionLeverage experience and curiosity to drive innovationThrive in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to change Collaborate effectively to achieve successful outcomesCompensation:The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 on a full-time schedule.Along with base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion's success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members.
