Manufacturing Sr. Engineer II
The Manufacturing Sr. Engineer II is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering services to support efficient manufacturing processes and will: Create, maintain, and improve controlled technical documents such as prints, procedures, bill of materials and routers; Develop and support a wide variety of processing applications such as machining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treating, bonding, molding, etc.; Conduct feasibility study on advanced processes to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements; Establish and improve process methods which meet performance and quality requirements; Develop, lead, and execute project plans and schedules for work activities; Communicate (written and verbal) direction and project plans with appropriate personnel from other departments; Evaluate multiple options to select the most appropriate processes and machining methods; Lead equipment qualification or process validation project(s); Solve a variety of complex product and/or process performance issue; and Develop rationale to set new process performance and quality standards. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have 2 years of experience with the following: Blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing; Microsoft Office Suite; Leading complex projects assignments; Minitab experience; and Implementing processes and managing product flow. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or a related field. Role requires 10% of domestic travel. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
