Summary
ATG is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who has experience creating and executing Influencer Marketing campaigns. We are looking for individuals who are well versed in various social media platforms and can effectively liaise between creators, internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Scout & vet creators identify talent aligned with campaign goals, brand voice, and target audiences, using data-driven criteria (reach, engagement, content style, etc).
Creator outreach initiate contact, secure rates and deliverables, and build long-term relationships that keep our roster fresh.
Develop campaign concepts contribute creative ideas and collaborate with internal teams to create effective campaign strategies.
Project-manage the full campaign lifecycle issue briefs, track drafts, request revisions, set deadlines, and keep everyone (creators, artist teams, account managers) on schedule.
Monitor live posts & ensure quality control verify content accuracy, compliance with FTC/brand guidelines, and proper link, tag, and audio usage.
Analyze performance & report results pull platform analytics, summarize KPIs, and surface insights that improve future campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a simliar role
Must have a self starter attitude
Must have experience in hiring influencers & promoting music through social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X)
Must be well versed in various social media platforms
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be solution oriented.
