Roadway Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roadway Project Manager to join our team in Florida. In this role, you'll oversee and manage roadway and highway design projects across the state, with a particular focus on FDOT Districts 4, 5, and 6, as well as Florida Turnpike Enterprise initiatives. You'll collaborate with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team to develop innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance transportation networks and improve mobility. Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements. Lead technical teams in developing solutions to complex roadway design challenges, requiring a high degree of innovation and ingenuity. Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing advanced design concepts, techniques, and standards. Ensure effective utilization of engineering personnel while maintaining high technical quality standards. Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and expand client relationships, particularly within FDOT Districts 4, 5, and 6, and Florida Turnpike Enterprise. Here's What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) License with the ability to serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) Extensive post-graduate experience in transportation and highway engineering, including the management of roadway design projects Proven experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), with a strong emphasis on Districts 4, 5, and 6, as well as Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) projects Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex roadway projects that meet FDOT standards and expectations Strong understanding of FDOT processes, design criteria, and project development procedures across multiple districts Jacobs' health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
