Production Coordinator
GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Production Coordinator. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo. Key responsibilities include: Developing the production schedule for assigned products; providing enough lead time to procure raw materials and manufacturing components to meet production sales demand and/or forecast requirements. Collaborating with Buyers to identify materials necessary to meet the production schedule. Monitoring plant adherences to schedules and facilitating actions to improve. Revising production schedule when required and communicating cross functionally. Identifying discrepancies with regulated or non-regulated inventory and communicating with appropriate personnel to resolve. Creating, printing, and issuing Manufacturing Work Orders timely. Performing transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances. Establishing and maintaining product inventory levels throughout the supply chain that are consistent with business unit goals while maintaining required customer service levels. Developing, preparing, and maintaining production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Gathering data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Monitoring daily production results and communicating schedule changes. Utilizing ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting. Qualifications, experience, skills/knowledge: High School or equivalent. Bachelor's degree a plus. At least 1 year of related experience. Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems a plus. Physical requirements: Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role: Bending, lifting, stooping, pushing, pulling. Sitting for extended periods of time.
