Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr JCW is seeking an experienced CRE lender to originate and manage real estate lender finance transactions (note-on-note, warehouse lines) and direct real estate loans (acquisition, construction, bridge). Responsible for new business development, portfolio management, and serving as the primary client contact from origination through loan maturity. Developing and managing relationships with sponsors, real estate credit funds, and private credit providers. Sourcing new business, cross-selling bank products, and enhancement of portfolio quality. Leading transaction structuring, credit reviews, and preparing/presenting credit applications. Qualifications
10+ years CRE banking experience. Knowledge of note-on-note and construction finance. Strong underwriting, credit analysis, and capital markets skills.
