Senior Bridge Engineer
to join our Transportation Team. This role follows a

What Youll Do
As an experienced
Senior Bridge Engineer - Project Manager , you will provide leadership, project management, client-facing skills, and the ability to communicate across multiple operational groups and technical disciplines in Colorado. You will deliver best-in-class technical solutions to our clients on the design, delivery and management of projects across public and private sectors. Securing, planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of small to large scale multi-discipline bridge projects with high technical complexity, involving a diverse project staff. Reinforcing and establishing strategic market position/service offerings for the group to align with client needs and Gannett Fleming TranSystems initiatives. Oversight of Bridge Design, Bridge Rehabilitation and Bridge Inspection. Serving as a Project Manager, Task Manager and/or Bridge Technical Advisor on Project Pursuits. Mentoring structural staff. Education | Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 10-15 years of bridge-related design experience with 5 years at a project management level, managing a bridge/structures design group. Proficiency in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications. Experience in preliminary and final design, construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, project scheduling and subcontractor management. Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to interact with various design teams. Track record of completing projects and leading teams. Experience in proposals and letters of interest. Client relationships and willingness to lead bid, proposal and presentation efforts. Business development and strategic planning is preferred but not required. Application deadline 8/29/2025. The salary range for this role is
$112,000 - $170,000 ; Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location. Featured Benefits
