What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Compliance

Develop and oversee reimbursement strategies to optimize financial performance with MDS and Medicaid Case Mix. Ensure CMS compliance and lead MDS accuracy initiatives. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and implement best practices.

Operational Oversight

Lead multi-site teams to enhance MDS accuracy and revenue optimization. Conduct audits and training to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance. Implement quality assurance measures to maximize PDPM reimbursement.

Financial & Data Analysis

Analyze MDS and reimbursement trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and reimbursement models. Use data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and financial improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Must possess a valid license as a RNAC Must have a valid, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse Must have extensive working knowledge in the following: the MDS completion process, the HCS MDS Program and its functionality in the long term care environment Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
