Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Civil Design, Public Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing capital projects, preferably with budgets exceeding $5M. Preferred Certifications:
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Program Management Professional (PgMP). Special Requirements
Technical Skills:
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools. Strong Leadership:
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage complex projects. Applications available online at portlandtx.gov.
