Help Desk Support Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Support professional to provide first-level technical assistance to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, email, or ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Provide step-by-step guidance to users for common technical problems. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system. Assist with setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices. Support common business applications, including Microsoft Office and email. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain follow-up communication with users. Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a help desk, IT support, or customer service role. Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments. Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and standard desktop applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
