This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive the growth of one of the fastest-scaling channels in the apparel industry. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a high-impact wholesale strategy across North America, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will lead sales, account management, and distribution partnerships to maximize revenue growth and brand presence. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with major retailers, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring flawless execution in-market. This is a chance to make a significant impact by scaling a multimillion-dollar wholesale business and setting the foundation for future expansion. Accountabilities Develop and own a comprehensive wholesale growth strategy to expand presence with leading U.S. and Canadian retail partners, specialty stores, and online platforms. Leverage existing relationships and build new connections with key buyers and executives to secure high-value partnerships. Drive double-digit revenue growth through account acquisition, assortment planning, and co-marketing initiatives, while safeguarding brand integrity. Lead, mentor, and expand a small but high-performing wholesale team, ensuring sales targets and partnership goals are achieved. Oversee negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional agreements that strengthen both sales and margins. Monitor sell-through performance, inventory health, and account profitability to adjust strategies and optimize outcomes. Manage and grow distributor relationships, aligning them with brand vision, operational standards, and revenue objectives. Partner with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery, accurate forecasting, and effective market execution. Analyze trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to shape assortments and inform channel strategies. Establish scalable systems, processes, and best practices to sustain and grow an eight-figure wholesale business.
