This part-time, flexible job is at our premier retail partner locations throughout the Chicago area. This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn $16 hourly

You'll work on-site at our retail partners, engaging with prospective customers, booking no-cost appointments with our window experts. We provide paid training and proven marketing strategies to ensure your success. You'll follow up with feedback and information recaps with the team for next steps, earning a competitive wage, bonuses, and commissions. Requirements: Authorized to work in the United States A true people person Motivated to help build the RBA footprint Dedicated and dependable team player Available during weekdays and weekends Able to lift 50 pounds Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
