Mon-Fri; 2nd Shift (3pm - Finish)

Are you built for action? PDS Tech Commercial is on the lookout for dedicated, high-energy Order Builders to support operations in the dynamic Consumer Products industry. As an Order Builder, you'll be at the core of our distribution system-building, lifting, moving, and organizing product orders that fuel the success of major consumer brands. This is a physically demanding position for those ready to hustle, stay active, and make an impact every single day.

What You'll Do Every Day Accurately pull and build product orders based on pick tickets

Use manual or powered pallet jacks to stage completed pallets

Lift and move products up to 50 lbs throughout your shift

Maintain product rotation and date code accuracy

Operate in a high-speed environment-lots of standing, moving, and lifting

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and manufacturing standards

Keep productivity high and the warehouse moving Note:

This is a

physically intensive

role requiring 8-12 hour shifts. Expect fast-paced work, long periods on your feet, and constant movement.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

6+ months of general labor or warehouse experience

Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, push/pull heavy loads, and stand for long hours

Comfortable with physical work including kneeling, squatting, and reaching

Ability to read pick tickets and follow instructions accurately

Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Must wear

compliant steel toe safety boots

(see specs below) Preferred

Experience using manual or powered pallet jacks or forklifts

Prior work in a warehouse or fast-paced production setting Mandatory Safety Gear - Don't Show Up Without It!

Steel Toe Safety Boots Are Required-No Exceptions.

Must meet the following CCSWB standards:

Minimum 6" high (No low-cut shoes)

Puncture-resistant (Kevlar bottom)

Class 75 protective toe (Steel or Composite)

Pay Details:

$13.53 per hour
