This position involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals. Essential Responsibilities Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any issues. Stay informed about market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy, including implementing community-specific programs. Execute marketing activities to generate traffic, including online advertising and referral programs. Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data. Maintain show units and community appearance to company standards. Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and encourage lease renewals. Support lease renewal activities by preparing renewal documents and contacting residents in advance. Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, taking appropriate action.
Required Licenses or Certifications Must have all required licenses and certifications per local laws. Valid drivers license to operate golf carts on property.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks including climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Travel may be required, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly range: $22.00 - $25.00. Additional bonuses may be available based on performance. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, onsite housing discounts, sabbaticals, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and more. Additional Information
