The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations. Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented. Prepares, serves, and breaks down product, equipment, and supplies. Intercepts consumers and demonstrates products in a professional manner. Maintains an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job. Responsibilities: Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented. Proactively intercepts, engages, interacts, and sells product to consumers positively. Effectively communicates features and benefits of products. Prepares and serves food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives. Maintains a clean, sterile, and safe work station using cleaning chemicals. Sets up and prepares the Event Table for execution. Achieves 100% execution on assigned work. Assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections. Builds rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives. Completes expense reports as per company policy. Submits all online requirements on the same day as event execution. Accesses the internet, navigates companys electronic systems, and uses Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms. This role is not expected to exceed 25 hours per week, but this may change based on business needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 months related experience or training preferred; or equivalent. Proficient in using computers and mobile devices with applications and internal systems. Local Food Handler permit may be required. Physical demands include standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, visual reading, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing, lifting up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally), pushing, pulling, and working with cleaning supplies. No supervisory responsibilities. Work environment mainly retail stores with limited travel. Professional appearance and grooming are required. English is primary; bilingual skills may be required.
