Role Description: The primary responsibility of the Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a designated segment of Personal Lines accounts, including auto, homeowners, and excess lines. The role emphasizes providing personalized assistance to clients, promoting teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism. QUALIFICATIONS P&C Licensed 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred. Prior Customer Service experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational skills. Experience with Vertafore AMS360 Management System. RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Personal Lines clients via calls, emails, mail, and office visits as needed. Write new Personal Lines policies for existing clients, including quoting, application preparation, binders, policy issuance, and processing down payments. Discuss and advise clients on policy coverage recommendations. Conduct account rounding by offering quotes for other lines of insurance to contribute to agency growth. Review renewal policies, make suggestions to clients, and remarket if necessary to retain business. Guide clients through the claims reporting process and provide assistance throughout the claim process.
