Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team in one of the following markets/office locations: Ashburn, VA; Orlando, FL; Indianapolis, IN. This position supports the Leasing Department to include the VP, Leasing Director and Regional Leasing Manager in the team's day-to-day activity Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Assists Leasing Representatives in gathering required information and reports for deal packages and loads information into network. Coordinates and proofs requests for additional deal information from internal departments. Coordinates and proofs updates between Leasing Representatives and the CAD department. Coordinates retailer Portfolio Review Meetings. Participates in weekly meetings with assigned Leasing Rep(s) and manager. Participates in quarterly department meetings. Coordinates travel and files related expenses. Routes and tracks documents including approval memos, broker agreements, and commission invoices. Coordinates ordering leasing signs. Assists in scheduling meetings and maintaining master schedule for team for ICSC events. Attends ICSC events as needed. Communicates via email with tenants, vendors, shoppers, and co-workers in a timely and responsive manner. Drafts memos, letters, reports, and other documents for review. Research leases and lease language as relates to tenant rights and obligations. Provides front office phone support as needed. Additional ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, and MRI. Industry terminology knowledge and experience preferred. Ability to multi-task/daily variety and work under pressure. Experienced with Leasing/Real Estate special project assignments.
