What you'll do:Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders that supports our business objectives and growth Liaise with the events team at Manhatta to create seamless experiences for their clients and guests.Manage client communications relating to the sale and production of events on a daily basis, ensuring the highest quality experience for clients is consistently delivered. Review incoming inquiries and ensure all necessary information is obtained from prospective client; seek clarification and further details as needed. Prepare proposals, contracts, and other client facing materials and send initial proposals. Ensure that pricing is appropriate and accurate on estimates and invoices. Arrange for and attend site visits, walk-throughs and tastings as needed. Coordinate the details in between the client, the building and any third-party vendors regarding event floorplans, timelines, insurance, permitting, and rental equipment requirements. Oversee event set-up and service on-site as needed. Liaise between client and on-site team leaders to ensure success of event from beginning to end. Manage and foster client relationship. Manage internal communications relating to the production of event, while meeting weekly deadlines for completion of BEOs. Act as the client's voice to ensure all other departments are fully aware of client expectations to ensure continuity and accuracy of all services, with the goal of creating raves. Ensure rigorous knowledge of and adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.What we need from you:3+ years of restaurant event sales experience, or relevant restaurant experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of diverse cuisine and beverageWine, Beer and Spirits KnowledgeStrong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and TripleSeat preferred)What you'll get from us:At Union Square Hospitality Group, we believe our people are our greatest ingredient.
