We're hiring an in-office transaction coordinator who is professional, highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized to assist our growing real estate team. You'll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including but not limited to providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and loves working with people. Compensation: $50,000 yearly plus benefits!

Responsibilities

•Working as part of the team while completing various admin-related tasks outside of transactions to achieve goals •Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close •Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly •Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs •Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans •Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity

Qualifications

•Must have a valid Real Estate License •Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience •Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills •Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued •High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
