Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Continuously monitor and control the operational processes to ensure they run within specified parameters. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime. Analyze operational data to optimize performance and efficiency. Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement schedules for routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures. Use data analytics and condition monitoring to predict equipment failures and schedule maintenance proactively. Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs to restore functionality. Manage spare parts and equipment inventory to ensure availability when needed. Oversee the lifecycle of assets from procurement to disposal. Monitor the performance and condition of assets to make informed decisions about maintenance and replacement. Provide training to operations and maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge. Foster continuous learning and development to keep the team up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. Skills and Qualifications
Here's What You'll Bring to Samsung: Minimum 5 years' of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments NOTE: This position is full-time onsite The current base salary range for this role is between $107,161 and $172,204. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
