You will have opportunities to learn and leverage new technologies such as machine learning, NLP and data analytics, and to build custom frameworks, tools and utilities for automation, including custom automation drivers, JSON/XML parsers, and integrations between tools. Most work focuses on accelerating and enhancing software testing, building tools and technology to improve testing beyond traditional manual approaches. You will provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems, becoming a credible advisor influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that impact entire industries. Key Responsibilities
Works directly with the client engagement and delivery center leadership teams on executing the Engagement Management Framework
Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure software meets or exceeds standards and client requirements
Planning, designing and implementing tools or assets to solve complex problems, including primarily custom Java-based tools and frameworks
Developing client relationships across multiple levels and supporting sales efforts
Contributes to the development of technical solutions throughout the solution delivery center
Leads team meetings (e.g., status meetings)
Provides detailed review of teams work product (associates and analysts)
Produces high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision
To qualify, you must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 3 years of relevant work experience
Passion and interest for solving problems using technology
Seeing problems as challenges and opportunities, not roadblocks
Technical knowledge with all aspects of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development and testing
Experience with Java and/or Python, plus hands-on test automation using Selenium and/or Playwright (with TypeScript/JavaScript)
3+ years of experience in
Java or Python , with strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Proficiency in core programming concepts such as collections, serialization, exception handling, and data structures (e.g., LinkedHashMap in
Java or equivalent in Python )
Experience applying software development and architecture best practices in either
Java or Python environments
2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using tools such as JUnit, Selenium, REST Assured, Karate, or
Playwright (with TypeScript/JavaScript)
At least 2 years of experience with at least 3 of these concepts:
Design, implementation and usage of complex test automation frameworks
Data querying (e.g., SQL)
Data analytics and statistics (variance distribution, data sampling, trend analysis, predictive modeling or forecasting)
Artificial Intelligence (machine learning, NLP, etc.)
CICD implementations and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab)
Working knowledge in web technologies such as Angular, React, HTML/CSS
Innovative and creative mindset to think outside the box
Resourceful and able to find solutions individually and in a team
Coaching team members to foster an innovative and inclusive environment
Sharing knowledge and developing engagement tools to build capability for the practice
Developing client relationships across multiple levels and supporting sales efforts
Effectively leading and mentoring others technically and professionally
Ideally, youll also have
