We are looking for a Solution Architect who is passionate and proactive about making a difference for public safety solutions to meet the increasing challenges of today's complex world. The Flex Solutions Architect (SA) requires broad and deep knowledge to understand customer needs and align technical solutions with project deliverables, evolving technologies, and customer productivity and effectiveness. The SA develops the overall project vision, translates it into an executable solution, identifies technical requirements for product or services roadmaps, and demonstrates the end-to-end technical differentiation of MSI solutions. The SA collaborates with the Flex product deployment team and product business units for technical clarifications and approaches to complex requirements, and interprets technical requirements for delivery scoping and project phasing. The SA applies MSI's deep technical architecture (including MSI products, software, applications, third-party components, and customer legacy IT) to convert business requirements into the technical architecture and deploy the Flex solution. Responsibilities

Develop and align the overall technical vision to address project deliverables and evolving technologies. Identify technical requirements for product or services roadmaps and architectures. Demonstrate end-to-end technical differentiation of Motorola Solutions products and solutions. Collaborate with the Flex product deployment team and product units for technical clarifications and approach to complex requirements. Translate business requirements into technical architecture and deploy the Flex solution. Qualifications

Desired Skills & Knowledge: Linux and Windows Server operating systems Network configuration Situational stress-management Proficiency in the following areas a plus: Law Enforcement Terminology Shell and PERL scripting Database management Linux/Windows operating system Networking Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of engineering, IT/technical, or technical project experience Or 5+ years of engineering, IT/technical, or technical project experience Working in high security areas governed by the CJIS Security Policy and passing a fingerprint background check Additional Details

Target Base Salary Range: $89,300 - $115,000 USD. Pay within this range varies based on knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the candidate. Travel Requirements: Under 10% | Relocation Provided: None | Position Type: Experienced | Referral Payment Plan: Yes Benefits
