Manufacturing Systems Engineer

to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of

engineering design, industrial software, and plant-floor technology . Youll work directly with customers, blending hands-on installation, process improvement, and systems integration while helping to implement cutting-edge solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and safety. What Youll Do Partner with sales, engineering, and customers to design and deploy innovative manufacturing systems. Develop scopes of work, bills of materials, and concept drawings. Specify and integrate hardware such as sensors, actuators, robotics, torque tools, projectors, and vision systems. Implement and support manufacturing technologies including MES, ERP, SCADA, and data dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL). Work with controls engineering, PLCs, error-proofing, workstation design, tooling, and operator training. Support IT/OT infrastructure: firewalls, routers, managed switches, WiFi networks, RFID systems, Active Directory, and related plant-floor networking equipment. Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, create SOPs, and apply kaizen principles for continuous improvement. Provide on-site support for assembly, installation, training, troubleshooting, and operator supervision (domestic & international). What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in

Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Software , or related field. 35 years of experience in a

manufacturing or plant-floor environment

(data center/electronics manufacturing a plus). Hands-on experience with

manufacturing technologies

such as robotics, vision systems, PLCs, MES/SCADA, or IT/OT plant systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.). Willingness to travel 2025% (domestic & international). Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75,000$100,000 (flexible for highly experienced candidates). 5% annual discretionary bonus. Why Join Us?
