Summary: The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Project Manager will support world-class EHS performance across assigned regions by integrating project management expertise with data analytics and communication strategies. This hybrid role is vital to the success of EHS programs related to compliance, safety culture, ergonomics, sustainability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and organizational skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet is essential. The candidate will collaborate with regional offices, Global EHS, Facilities, and Occupational Health partners to drive continuous improvement and support data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities: Lead EHS project management activities including planning, timeline development, resource coordination, and execution tracking. Analyze EHS data and trends to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and tools to visualize performance metrics using Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet. Communicate project updates, risk mitigation strategies, and performance insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. Support implementation of safety culture initiatives and sustainability programs. Coordinate incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking. Facilitate process improvement workshops and apply lean methodologies to optimize EHS workflows.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$32.30 - $34.14//hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
