Vice President of Youth Development Programs

The Vice President of Youth Development is responsible for providing strategic leadership and growth to the overall operations of both Miami-Dade and Broward Youth Development Branches, which includes the administration, management, compliance, marketing, and program development of Afterschool and Camp Programs (fee-based and grant-funded). Bachelors degree preferred, or relevant work experience required. Minimum of seven years of experience overseeing Youth Development Programs; Grant Management & Compliance (County, State and Federal), program development, and fiscal management. Ability to develop and maintain strong community relations. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff. Excellent supervisory and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to relate with individuals at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent computer skills, (Microsoft Word and Excel).
