About The Role
As a

Property Administrator , you will work directly with the Property Manager and the Assistant Property Manager in performing clerical and administrative assignments for the property. What You'll Do
Serve as first point of contact, answer incoming calls and emails. Monitors/reroutes work orders and close when completed. Prepares and distributes security clearance. (scheduling of the freights, dock space for dumpsters, move-ins & outs) Maintain certificates of insurance for vendors. Code invoices and prepare tenant rebills. Prepare purchase orders and contracts. Set up vendors in appropriate systems. Prepare and distribute tenant notices. Prepare and send tenant emergency broadcast notifications. Maintain building lease files, tenant contact information, population count, mail boxes, storage lists, etc. Handle all vendor payable inquiries. Audit monthly security invoices. Update tenant app (Axxis) Assist with budget Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines. Coordinate front desk phone coverage with teammates during lunch or times away from desk. Other duties as assigned Seniority level
