You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success. Qualifications: What You Need:3 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)Inside sales or lead generation experience preferredStrong computer and multi-line phone proficiencyAbility to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekendsMust pass background check and drug screeningNote: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
